Don Kaiser, MBA
Director of Business Development

A seasoned senior association executive with additional extensive for-profit business experience, Don Kaiser is a highly accomplished, results-driven leader in the field of trade association management. Don was the Executive Director of the Pellet Fuels Institute (PFI), a biomass renewable energy trade association. He transformed PFI into a high-profile association with a growing membership and a highly attended and profitable annual conference. He worked closely with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) on industry-wide pellet fuel standards; lobbied successfully for pellet appliance tax credits for consumers; and overseen industry data collection programs.

Don has over 20 years of experience working with trade associations. He began his career in corporate banking specializing in financial services for trade associations. As a former corporate banking executive, Don brings highly polished finance and budgeting skills to DMG and its clients. As a marketing and business development professional, he has a long history of membership marketing and growth with success anchored in increased member satisfaction.

Don received his Bachelor of Science degree in economics from Vanderbilt University and his Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Yale University. He is a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE).
