At DMG, we recognize that associations have different leadership needs. In the hybrid management scenario, DMG provides a strong support team for an external Executive Director, who is directly employed by the association. An Operations Manager (or equivalent) leads the support team and provides a streamlined, distinct chain of command. This ensures that day-to-day operations are handled efficiently, thereby allowing the Executive Director to focus on more mission related activities for the association.
